GNOCCHI-Croatian traditional

I don't!!
I would like to share traditional Croatian recipe for potatoes gnocchi-
this is a recipe from Dalmatia -region in Croatia on the coast of Adriatic Sea


INTEGRATES/for 4/

1000 gram of potatoestwo big eggs500 gram of farina
1 spoon of butter1/2 tea spoon of sea saltPREPARATIONS:

washed potatoes in peel put in cold water and cook about 1 hourcooked and warm potatoes peel and smashadd 2 spoon of farina on work tableadd smashed potatoesin the middle of smash potatoes make a crater/like a volcano crater/in "volcano crater" add eggs,salt and butteradd more farina and mix it with hands until all became like a dough for bread!device dough in small ballswith each balls make a roll like a sausagedough sausage cut in small partswith this parts made a little ballseach balls rolling above graterin big pot add cold water with sea saltin bowling water add gnocchignocchi need only 5 min. for cookingSERVING:

Ovo je medu najpopularnijim tortama medju domacicama moje generacije.
Torta s puno cokolade i oraha + slag!
Svi je vole ,zasitna je i bogata!

COKOLADNA TORTA-STIPINA TORTA


Sastojci:

6 cijelih jaja6 zlica griza600 gr oraha200 gr. cokolade za kuhanje12 zlica secera2 zlice brasna
zlicica najmanja soliprasak za pecivo2 zlice ruma ili kruskovca
1 dcl. toplog mlijeka1/2 lit slagasaka orahovih polovica1 puding od cokolade250 grama maslaca200 grama staub secera/mljevenog secera/1/2 lit. mlijeka

PRIPREMA:

BISKVIT:

u cijela jaja staviti secer i dobro izmiksatidodati griz umocen u rum ili kruskovac i toplo mlijekododati mljeveni orah -500 grama
staviti brasno i prasak za pecivolagano izmijesati
u zamasceni i omrvicen kalup staviti smijesu i peci na umjerenoj tem. oko 35 min.KREMA:
napraviti puding po uputi i pustit ohladitu ohladjeni puding umijesati omeksali maslac
dodati 100 grama mljevenog oraha100 grama naribane cokolade200 grama staub secerasve lagano izmijesati da se lijepo sljubi i ostaviti malo hlad…

Soparnik-pita od zelja-blitve

ovdje je dobra slika tek ispecenog soparnika
slika nam nije bas uspjela,ovo nije tako prepeceno kako izgleda
tek ispecen soparnik prelijte s maslinovim uljem i sjeckanim cesnjakom
soparnik je spreman za pecenje


S O P A R N I K /pita od zelja-blitve/

Sastojci:

za tijesto od pite-soparnika

1 kg brasna tip 500 ili 5503 jajazlicica soli5 zlica jabucne kvasinemlake vode koliko popije za nadjev

1 kg blitve-zelje4-5 glavica crvenog luka-kapulemalo soli2 dcl maslinovog ulja Za preljev:

2 dcl maslinovog ulja10 cesnjeva cesnjaka
PRIPREMA:

Najprije razraditi tijesto kao za sve pite.
Znaci zamijesati dobro sve sastojke,tijesto nesmije biti pre tvrdo!
Ostaviti ga da odstoji oko sat vremena.
Nadjev napraviti od oprane i ociscene blitve koju izrezemo na sitno.
Dodamo sitno isjeckanu kapulu.
Sve prelijemo uljem i posolimo!
Nadjev je spreman.
Tijesto razvucemo u velicinu tepsije.
Stavimo pripremljeni nadjev.
Poklopimo drugim dijelom tijesta.
Pazite da dobro zatvorite tijesto da nigdje nije otvoreno ili razbije…

Orahnjaca-makovnjaca-kokosovnjaca + sirnica

ma aparat mi je pokvaren,pa su i slike lose ali orahnjaca je uspila
ma iako slika nije najbolja,sirnice su fantasticne
evo,kako vidite-sirnice-pince-su uspile!HURA!
Uskrs je prosao,lijepo smo ga proveli!
Janjetina je bila super,pekla sam janjetinu i 1 cijelu koku,jer mi unuci bas ne vole janjetinu!
Juhica janjeca je bila super-sve je bilo bas dobro ali...sa kolacima smo imali katastrofu!
Najprije orahnjaca,makovnjaca,kokosovnjaca-pisem sve skupa-jer je tijesto isto!
Dakle,glupi kvas ,onaj svjezi digo i nije bio bas svjezi di-go kvasac,pa se nista nije tijesto diglo!
Dakle,ne sijecam se da kad mi se zadnji put dogodilo da za Blagdane nemam lijepih tradicionalnih kolaca!
Bila sam stvarno ljuta i bila bih najradije odmah sve bacila,nesto smo malo i pojeli,a danas sam sve itnila u kontejner!

Danas sam odlucila sve iznova-Dube je otisla kupit sve sastojke!
Ja sam dobro ugrijala cijeli stan!
Raspalila sam grijanje na najjace-ala cu platit jos i to-loz ulje je st…

INTEGRATES:
1 kg of cooked ham500 gram of farina type 500 or 550125 gram of butter1 tea cup of milk3 eggs1 tea spoon of sea saltfresh yeast- 2 cubes1 tea spoon of sugar
PREPARE:

Add yeast in warm milk/add tea spoon of farina,tea spoon of sugar and tea spoon of sea salt and mix and that leave on warm place until yeast became 3-4 time bigger/add farina in big pot-add prepared yeastadd eggsadd buttersea saltadd warm milkmix it well with big! spoon and with your own hands!put all on warm place for about 1 hour
now roll out doughadd ham in that doughput it in warm oven and bake for about 1 hour on 180 Celsius

125 g maslaca
2 dcl mlijeka
3 jaja
svježi kvasac
1 žličica soli
1 žličica šećera
1 žumanjak za premazivanje
malo sezama za posipanje




POSTUPAKKvasac razmrvite te ga pomiješajte s žličicm šećera, žlicom bra…

Hello Dear Friend,hope you had nice First Day of New 2008 Year!!I had very nice dinner with my family and few good friends!My hubby like this chocolate-fig rolls and I hope you will try it!CHOCOLATE-FIG ROLLYou need: 1 kg dried figs/milled figs/250 gram brown sugar with vanilla1 lemon/juice/black chocolate250 gram butter250 gram milled "petite beurre" biscuitslass of waterPrepare:put water in pot,add sugar and lemon juicecook it for 25 min. and you will have syrupadd figs,milled biscuit and mix it for 5 min.turn out fire and add butter, mix wellwhen all became cold make rolls on oil paperput it on cold place for 1-2 dayscut it in small parts/as you can see on my photo/

Oh my God!!Whats wrong with Blogpspot service?

Hello Friends!
Something strange and sad or funny happened with blogger,Blogspot free service!
I wrote a post about French salad,i uploaded my own pictures and few minutes after they deleted my blog!
i started all over again and i post a new recipe and after few minutes blogger deleted my new blog!!
Does anyone know whats happened there/Blogspot/!?
Why they deleted blogs without any explain or warning!
I am not sure what i have to do?
If You have any explanation or if You can help me ,please do!

Oh my God!!Whats wrong with Blogpspot service?

Hello Friends!
Something strange and sad or funny happened with blogger,Blogspot free service!
I wrote a post about French salad,i uploaded my own pictures and few minutes after they deleted my blog!
i started all over again and i post a new recipe and after few minutes blogger deleted my new blog!!
Does anyone know whats happened there/Blogspot/!?
Why they deleted blogs without any explain or warning!
I am not sure what i have to do?
If You have any explanation or if You can help me ,please do!
