Hello Dear Friends!
When you become in certain ages you start feel some strange new things in your body!
You realize that your whole body became more delicate and you cant live same as you live before!
We all have different problems but lot of as have problem with high blood pressure and bad cholesterol.
As Oprah said in one of her TV shows the Best thing is to prevent this Modern Ages Illness!
During few past months/after my doctor told me that i have high blood pressure/i made big
medicine and alternative medicine research about high blood pressure and bad cholesterol!
After all what i have had learn!!?
I learned that we have to think about our body from first day of our life!
Our body is like engine and we have to use the Best food for our engine!
All researches learn us that combination of olive oil and garlic in everyday food give our body the best prevent for this two The Worst Illness in Modern ages!
We can say -Eat olive oil and garlic and your body will be safe for a long time!
Yesterday i wrote a post about olive oil as Medicine,today i like to share nice post about garlic.

LJESNJAK TORTA

SASTOJCI:


Biskvit:

1 veliko jaje2 kapi extrakta od ljesnjaka2 velike jusne zlice seceravanilij secermalo praska za pecivo3 velike jusne zlice mljevenih przenih ljesnjaka1 velika jusna zlica brasnamalo soli Krema:
 1 litra mlijeka 6 velikih jusnih zlica brasna
8 velikih jusnih zlica secera sjemenke vanilije
 2-3 kapi extrakta ljesnjaka
 300 grama mljevenih przenih ljesnjaka
100 grama tamne cokolade ili cokolade za kuhanje
 250 grama masla ili margarina za kreme
 250 grama mljevenog secera-staub

SIRUP za biskvit

2 dcl vode
1 limun sok i kora
6 zlica secera

PRIPREMA:

Biskvit:
tuci cijelo jaje sa malo soli i secerom dok nedobijemo gustu kremu,dodato ostale sastojke a u brasno umijesati malo praska za pecivo.
Lagano sve promijesati i staviti peci na oko 180 stupnjeva u kalupu za tortu,oko 15 min!
Ohladiti i sve ostaviti u kalupu za torte il pak sacekamo da se dobro ohladi i razrezemo.moze obje opcije.

Ako vas muci przenje,pecenje ribe u stanu,ako mrzite sto vam od plave ribe/koja je zdrava,ukusna i jeftina/cijela kuca zaudara na ribu do iduceg petka,onda je za vas idealan ovaj recept.


Najvaznije je otic i kupit sasvim svjeze lokarde iz Jadranskog mora...dakle sutra oko deset sati krenite na peskariju!Ako zivite u Zg mozete krenit i oko 9,dodje vec vecina ribe na Dolac do 9 sati!
Koliko ce vam komada lokardi trebat odlucite sami,al imajte na umu da lokarda nesmije bit mrsavica,one bez naslaga masnoca nisu ukusne i socne,vec suhe i neukusne!
Trkom kuci s peskarije,ocistite lokarde,posto cete ih spremat u pecnici slobodno ih mozete i oprat,zasolite,zauljite i nek malo stanu
Vi u medjuvremenu pokupite svo povrce sto imate u kuci i obavezno nekoliko komada zrele rajcice!
Kod mene je obavezna i puna zlica vegete,al to je kod mene jer ja volim okus koji daje vegeta.
