So common recipe in almost all parts of the globe,
Indeed a multitude of different recipes, but here I want to share with you a simple and from my hand many times tried the recipe for KUGLOF!
40 g of smooth flour
1 fresh yeast and a dry yeast
10 dag butter or margarine 12 dag
4 tablespoons sugar / brown /
3 yellow part of eggs
grated rind 1 lemon and a orange
1 dcl lozovaca brandy or similar
1 vanilla sugar
cup chopped almonds
2 dl milk
Staub sugar for sprinkling
Topping 200 grams of chocolate for cooking
1 / 2 dl oil
Dry yeast put in flour
fresh mix with a little lukewarm water, salt and a spoon when you add it to de rise in flour
Then add all the listed,
Almonds and chopped plum
Mix well to get uniform smiling.
Mold for kuglof spreads oil and pour the resulting lawful!
Leave to rise in a warm.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place oven kuglof boot!
After 10 min. reduce to 180 degrees and bake further 45 min.
Kuglof baked remove from the mold, turning the ground and pour hot glaze and you can sprinkle sugar Staub.
