Kolac od cokolade i karamela s kandiranim limunom

Tradicionalna dalmatinska kuhinja ne obiluje kremastim kolacima,oduvijek je dalmacija volila jednostavnost u pripremi kolaca a sastojci su se birali od dalmaciji dostupnih namirnica.
Karamel je omiljen kod bogatije napravljenih kolaca a dobos torta je vrhunac torti,dok je krokanat odista posebno lijep ukras svecanih torti!
Danas cu sa Vama podijeliti recept za ovaj stari splitski kolac,bogat okusom mediterana.

SASTOJCI:

  • 8+6 velikih jusnih zlica secera
  • prstohvat soli
  • 2 jusne zlice masla
  • 2 jusne zlice ulja
  • naribana kora narance+sok
  • vanilij secer
  • 2-3 zlice proseka
  • malo cimeta
  • 3 velika cijela jaja
  • sok od jednog limuna
  • 2-3 zlice usecerene kore limuna
  • oko 5 jusnih zlica mekog brasna+ prasak za pecivo
  • 1 zlica psenicne krupice/griza/
  • 3 velike jusne zlice kakao praha
  • malo staub secera






PRIMPREMA:

  • U vecu posudu staviti  8 zlica secera i na laganoj vatri karamelizirati do zlatno zute boje,izgleda kao med..i to dodati zlicu masla ,promijesati i posudu u kojoj ce se peci kolac obloziti karamelom,na karamel poslagati usecerenu koru limuna.
  • u medjuvremenu mijesati jaja s secerom,vanilija secerom,u dobro napravljena jaja dodati naribanu koricu narance,sok narance,prosek,cimet..sve lagano mijesati,dodati kakao,mijesati,sad dodati griz koji smo natopili s malo proseka,dalje mijesati uz dodavanje brasna u koje smo prethodno umijesali prasak za pecivo...maslac napose dobro imijesati i dodati smijesi,smijesa mora biti ujednacena,kao krema,ako je portebno dodati jos malo soka narance ili mlake vode.
  • Smijesu sad ulijemo u pripremljeni karamel sloj,stavimo peci u ugrijanu pecnicu na 180 stupnjeva.
  • Pece se oko 25 min,tijesto je peceno kad na cackalici kojiom zabodemo tijesto neostane ni malo tijesta.
  • Izvadimo i prekrijemo folijom da se sok opusti.
  • Ohladjemno malo poskropimo prosekom,stavimo staub secer i sluzimo!

Caramel is a favorite for a rich cake ,cakes made for special occasions like weddings, caramel made cake to be very special and reach in taste.
Today I will share with you the recipe for this old Split cake, rich flavor of the Mediterranean.


INGREDIENTS:


    
* 8 +6 large tablespoons sugar
    
* Pinch of salt
    
* 2 tablespoons butter
    
* 2 tablespoons oil
    
* Grated orange + juice
    
* Vanilla sugar
    
* 2-3 tablespoons average
    
* A little cinnamon
    
* 3 large whole eggs
    
* Juice of one lemon
    
* 2-3 tablespoons candied lemon peel
    
* About 5 tablespoons soft flour + baking powder
    
* 1 tablespoon semolina / grits /
    
* 3 large tablespoons cocoa powder
    
* A little sugar Staub



PREPARATION: In a large bowl add 8 tablespoons sugar and make caramel over low heat until golden yellow color, looks like honey .. and to add a tablespoon of butter, and stir it ,add caramel in model where you will bake cake. In the meantime interfere eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, the eggs well done add grated orange peel, orange juice, sherry, cinnamon .. all Gently mix, add cocoa, mix, now add the grits, which are soaked with a little average, continue to interfere with add flour in which we pre-mixed baking powder ... especially good mix butter , must be  as a cream, if need add some orange juice or warm water.All mixed now flows into the prepared caramel layer, bake in heated oven at 180 degrees.Baked about 25 minutes, the dough is baked when the dough sticks to toothpicks and when its dry, no dough on it.Remove and cover with foil to loosen the juice.Cold little sprinkle average,  put sugar or chocholate and serve!
