White Teddy Bear cake


INGREDIENTS:

* / For cake /

* 5 whole eggs
* 10 tablespoons sugar
* 10 tablespoons flour
* A pinch of salt
* Grated rind of orange and lemon
* 2 tablespoons orange juice
* Baking powder
* Vanilla sugar

Cream:

* 1 / 2 liter milk
* 2 chocolate pudding
* 400 grams nuttelle or similar chocolate spread
* Tablespoons butter
* Sugar per instruction of the pudding

Preparation:
To get good and loose biscuit should beat whites separately.
Keep up the good workmanship.
Stir in egg yolks and sugar, add zest of citrus fruit, juice, vanilla sugar.
In flour gently mix the baking powder and salt.
The smiles add egg yolks spoon whites, a spoonful of flour with a wooden spoon and gently mix.
In the form of honey, well greased, add all mixture.
Bake it in preheat oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
The cooled cake cut and fill with cream.

Cream

Make pudding as you can see in instructions for pudding.
In warm pudding add nuttella or similar chocolate cream,mix it.
/ biscuit can pour orange juice to be juicier /

Finally beat slag, decorate honey, put bear eyes, mouth, ears, small decorations as you prefer ... all to taste!
