WHITE BALL CAKE/torta bijela lopta/
The last time I have become addicted to playing the farm! Games and FarmVille and Farmtown ... and this is some kind of addiction. I KNOW! Although Dalmatia loves to praise the beautiful Mediterranean climate, the 2010 years we brought clouds and rain.Rain fall for days, the sun appears small / hour, two / and then again from the west come the clouds full of rain! I decided on this cake and bring little light in the house! Now in the morning will be glad grandchildren fresh ball as it waits ready to refrigerate!
Ingredients
the biscuit
5 whole eggs 5 tablespoons sugar 1 lemon juice salt vanilla sugar 5 tablespoons of flour or density 1 baking powder 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of pomegranate jam 1 cup fruit juice
Cream:
1 liter milk 6 eggs 8 tablespoons sugar 6 tablespoons flour150 grams butter Vanilla wand vanilla sugar
Decorate:
1 / 2 liter cream
PREPARATION
Cake made as usual, bake and still warm spread mermelade the bar
Make rolls.
When cool roll cut the rings.
Roll rings add around pot on greasy paper / paper towel to wrap round vessel /
Cook the cream of the above ingredients. Beat eggs with sugar and on the end add flour.Milk and vanilla must be warm to add mixed eggs!
Mix it a little on fire while become cream.
Vannila cream must be cold to add butter!
Mix vanilla cream and butter ,mix it slowly with wood spoon.
Now add cream in the middle of ball made with roll rings/first wet roll with juice!!!/
All must stay in fridge for few hours.
when is very cold put it on plate and decorate with cream!
now again in fridge for more few hours!

Tuka ,purica sa senfom i vrhnjem
Turkey in a sauce of mustard and cream
We are used to prepare roast turkey, but we zbati that turkey meat can be prepared in all known ways. My family loves turkey meat prepared in Saft of mustard and sour cream. Here's how to prepare my grandmother.
Ingredients:
about 750 grams of turkey 1 large red onion1 tablespoon mustard 5 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons olive oil salt 1 tablespoon flour 5-6 peppercorns
Preparation:
Turkey meat salt and mustard spread. Leave to rest for 2 hours. Take a bowl of thick steel bottom, pour in olive oil. Meet have to be golden!Now add the onion piece, pour a glass of water and cover pot. Leave to cook on low heat,after half hour add salt,peppercorns,parsley and garlic/cut/.Cook it for more half hour than add sour cream mixed with flour.
if need add some more water.
serve it with rice!/and glass of red wine!!/
And you may prepare kind of tortillas as i show it at pic!!!
