TORTA LUKRECIJA

Mala Princeza Lukrecija dosla je na svijet 15.veljace,a sutra je ocekujemo kod kuce.Slatkica se rodila mjesec dana prije termina i par dana je duze bila u rodilistu.Danas sam je po prvi puta drzala u narucju i jos sam pod snaznim dojmom prvog dodira moje male slatke mirisljave,najljepse unucice.Naravno sijecam se dana kad sam drzala svoju djecu i prva dva unuka,no proslo je dosta vremena od kad nismo imali malu bebicu u obitelji!
Ne samo ja,vec je cijela obitelj ushicena i sretna blagoslovom dolaska na svijet jos jednog clana obitelji.
Zeljela sam joj pokloniti nesto sasvim posebno pa sam vec dugo mozgala o torti koja bi se zvala njenim imenom,i ciji recept je u cijelosti originalan i odista posvecen Lukreciji!
Evo torta je gotova,sutra cemo je isprobati kad Lukrecija dodje kuci.
Recept je u potpunosti slozen po mojoj ideji i moj je poklon Lukreciji.

SASTOJCI:/za tijesto/

  1. 6 cijelih velikih jaja
  2. 4 zlice ostrog brasna
  3. 2 stange cokolade za kuhanje/kras/
  4. 8 zlica secera
  5. pola case soka od narance
  6. naribana kora narance i limuna
  7. 300 grama mljevenog oraha
  8. vanilij secer
  9. prasak za pecivo
  10. prstohvat soli
za kremu:
  1. pola litre mlijeka + 1,5 dcl
  2. 2 stange cokolade za kuhanje
  3. 3 cijela jaja
  4. 4 zlice ostrog brasna
  5. 6 zlica secera
  6. 200 grama mljevenog oraha
  7. naribana korica limuna
  8. 250 grama maslaca
  9. 200 grama secera u prahu 
za ukrasavanje:
  • pola litre vrhnja za slag
  • krupno naribana cokolada
  • zlica mermelade od sipka

PRIPREMA:

biskvit:

  • odvojiti bjelanjce/sobne temperature/ i dobro tuci s malo soli.
  • U drugu posudu tuci zumanjca s secerom,kad su kremasti dodati ostale sastojke te brasno i prasak za pecivo.
  • Na kraju umijesati pola tucenog bjelanjca,izmijesati i sasvim na kraju dodati drugu polovinu bjelanjca i sasvim lagano promijesati.
  • Preliti u kalup
  • Peci na 180 stupnjeva oko 40 min.
krema:

Pola litre mlijeka staviti kuhati,a u drugu posudu staviti jaja,secer,koricu limuna,cokoladu,dobro zamijesati ,dodati ostro brasno i opet mijesati.uz dodatak 1,5 dl mlijeka,dobije se jednolicna zitka smijesa koju dodamo u uskuhalo mlijeko i mijesamo na laganoj vatri dok se sasvim ne stisne.
Ohladiti,dodati mljevene orahe i na kraju tuceni maslac s secerom u prahu.

Ohladjeni biskvit prerezati,preliti sokom od narance,puniti kremom,zadnji list premazati mermeladom pa ostatkom kreme.
Istuci slag,prekriti tortu,malo ukrasiti i posuti krupno ribanom cokoladom.
Staviti da preko noci odlezi u hladnjaku.

INTEGRATES:
for biscuit

  1. 7 big eggs
  2. 10 tbs sugar
  3. 5 tbs orange juice
  4. 1 lemon peel
  5. 20 tbs flour
  6. vanilla sugar
  7. baking powder
cream:
  1. 1 lit milk
  2. 5 tbs flour
  3. 10 tbs sugar
  4. 250 gram butter
  5. 250 gram sugar in powder
  6. 2 tbs cacao powder
  7. orange peel
  8. 150 gram ground almond
  9. 2 eggs
Decoration:

  1. 1 baby doll
  2. few flowers for decoration
  3. 1 lit  whipped cream
PREPARATION:/biscuit/
 First mix all for biscuit,separate beat white-egg..in another bowl add yellow-egg with sugar and beat it,add all other integrates and flour with baking powder,At the end add half beat egg-white,beat it good and at least add all egg-white and mix it slow with spoon.
Bake it in preheat oven at 180 Celsius about 35 min./use form dimension 35X25/

cream:

Boil milk,in big bowl mix eggs,flour,cacao powder and orange peel.In hot milk add mixture and cook it while all become compact.Add at cold place,When pudding is cold and beat butter and sugar powder mixture,mix a little and add ground almond.Cream is ready to use .

How to fill up cake:

First halve cold biscuit,fill it up with almond cream,cover with second part and smear with almond cream.
Up to you where you will add baby doll,you can watch my pic and make it as i did.
At the end decorate all with whipped cream and little sugar flower.

Umak koji mozemo koristiti u sendvicima,kao prilog mesu ili ribi a definitivno ga treba svakako servirati uz pohano meso ili piletinu.



Ja sam radila pohne snicle ,juhu mesnu bistru s okruglicama od griza.

Umak se jednostavno pripravlja i moze se koristiti vise dana.

SASTOJCI:

  1. 2 velika crvena luka/kapula/
  2. zlicica cesnjaka u prahu
  3. poča čitre kiselog vrhnja
  4. zlicica senfa
  5. jusna zlica maslinovog ulja
  6. sol
  7. papar
  8. svjeti nasjeckani persin
  9. sok jednog limuna
Sve sastojke usitniti,sto sitnije to bolje,zamijesati ostale sastojke,zasoliti po zelji i servirati npr. uz pohano

Nice and healthy  cold meal -veal meat,carrot,paprika,onion,potatoes,garlic,parsley and olive oil.

INTEGRATES:

  1. 1/2 kg  veal meat
  2. 2 potatoes
  3. 2 carrot
  4. 1 green paprika
  5. 2 onion
  6. garlic
  7. parsley
  8. 5 tbs olive oil
  9. 1 lemon
  10. sea salt
  11. sweet red paprika powder



PREPARATION:
  1. Cook in  salt water veal meat,carrot,potatoes about 1 hour
  2. In mean time cut paprika,garlic,parsley in small parts
  3. cooked meat ,carrot and potatoes cut to
  4. add all integrates in big bowl,add salt,red paprika powder,olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Mix it and serve

    Djeca i zdrave odrasle osobe trebaju konzumirati raznoliku hranu al u razumnim kolicinama.
    Konzumirati domace deserte nikako nije nezdravo,dapace.
    Da izbjegnemo prejedanje nase dijece pa i nas samih industrijskim kolacima koji svi odreda sadrze aditive i konzervanse te pojacivace okusa treba sto vise spravljati domace kolace.
    Ovdje cu sa vama podijeliti recept za orah cokoladne kocke koje svi u mojoj obitelji vole ,pa i sire.
    Jednostavne su za pripremiti,izdasne i jako socne i ukusne.




    SASTOJCI:

    PRIPREMA:

    Odvojeno tuci bjelanjak sa par zrna soli,zumanjca ,secer,sol,vanilija secer,koricu limina i ulje tuci dok ne nastane pijena.Dodati mljevene orahe i griz natopljen s malo soka od narance,promijesati,dodati brasno i prasak za pecivo,opet promijesati.
    Sad dodati polovinu snijega od bjelanjaca.
    Izmijesati i odloziti mikser te sa zlicom umijesati ostatak bjelanjca.
    Na masni papir iskreniti smijesu,poravnati i peci oko 35 minuta na 180-200 stupnjeva.
    Topli kolac zaliti sokom od narance,premazati mermeladom i preliti rastopljenom vrucom cokoladom.
    Izrezati na kockice i uzivati u bogatstvu okusa.

    Eating to much industrial cakes can seriously damage our body,its much more healthy to eat homemade cakes.
    Even if we are short with free time we can still provide very healthy and so very tasty hazelnuts chocolate cake with lot orange juice.
    For this cake you only need half hour of good will and whole family will enjoy in fantastic dessert!

    INTEGRATES:

    1. 5 big eggs
    2. 10 tbs sugar
    3. 300 gram hazel nuts/grind/
    4. lemon peel
    5. 6 tbs oil/can use olive oil/
    6. 4 tbs flour
    7. 1 baking powder
    8. 1 vanilla sugar
    9. little sea salt
    10. 200 gram dark chocolate
    11. 2 tbs marmalade
    12. 1 big glass orange juice


    PREPARATION:

    Beat white eggs with little salt/eggs must be at room temperature/.
    In a bowl add yellow.egg with sugar and vanilla sugar,beat it well for 5 min.
    Now add oil and mix it more hazel nuts and flour with baking powder.
    Mix more and add half  white-egg snow,mix it -on the end add second half of white-egg snow and mix it slow with spoon.
    Bake it at 180 about 35 min. in preheat oven.
    Pour orange juice upon warm cake.
    Wash over with marmalade and add melt chocolate.
    Cold cut it in cube shape.

    Chocolate mix is my favorite cake decoration!
    This mix you can use as plasticine mix and  make all kind of decoration,like little animals,flowers,houses,trees etc.
    Its very easy to make it!


    INTEGRATES:
    1. 1000 gram dark chocolate
    2. 15 tbs liquid glycerine for food
    PREPARATION:

    Cook on steam dark chocolate and glycerine
    Hot mix,when chocolate melt down,remove from hot steam and mix it with wood spoon about 15 min.
    Leave chocolate mix  to became cold but still soft.
    Add chocolate mixture silicone base and knead it ,when its look like compact ball you chocolate mixture is ready to make all kind of decoration,

    COKOLADA-UPUTE ZA PRIPRAVLJANJE COKOLADNE SMIJESE ZA UKRASAVANJE TORTI


    COKOLADNA MASA ZA MODELIRANJE:


    Uz razvikani ticino,preukusni marcipan cokolada je nezamijenjivi sastojak za ukrasavanje torti.
    Smijesu za modeliranje je lako izraditi i s smijesom mozemo izraditi sve sto zamislimo.

    SASTOJCI:

    1 kg cokolade za kuhanje
    15 jusnih zlica tekuce glukoze za jelo/mozete je kupiti u svakoj ljekarni/

    PRIPREMA:

    U zdijelu za kuhanje staviti cokoladu i glukozu/preporucam upotrebljavato zepter posudje/ i na najlaksoj vatri pustite da se otopi.Stalno mijesajte i kad je cokolada gotovo sasvim otopljena maknite s vatre i nastavite mijesati rucno,metlicom dok nedobijete sasvim kompaktnu masu,glatku i sjajnu.
    Smijesu pustite hladiti i kad je dovoljno hladna oblikujte je rukama u valjak/ja je mijesim na silikonskoj podlozi/.
    Sad je spremna za izradu ukrasa i oblika po zelji,
    Ako se stvrdne,zamotajte smijesu u foliju i sasvim lagano ugrijte da opet dobije meksu strukturu.

    I'm far away and will try to catch early morning flight-no need to mention that I'm so very nervous -writing recipe helping me wait.
    Most of us love to nibble crackers during the day,with drink or in-front TV -my grandsons adore this cheese crackers


    INTEGRATES:

    1.250 gram white flour tip 500
    2.6 tbs Parmesan cheese
    3.200 gram butter
    4.baking powder
    5.salt
    6.1 tbs sweet red paprika powder


    PREPARATION:
    Flour,salt,paprika powder and baking powder mix well,add catted cold butter and mix it  by hands.
    You will get ball,leave it in refrigerator for half our.
    Roll out dough and cut it with different shape forms/heart,stars etc/
    Bake it in preheat oven at 200 Celsius 10-15 min.

    Tomorrow is a big day for all Lovers!
    Still is not to late for You to Prepare Chocolate Veal Meat Meal for you LOVE!!!
    Im 100% positive he will love it!
    All you need is little free time and good will!!
    First you have to buy nice peace of meat,go to butchers shop and ask 1 kg veal meat but have to be from animal leg,soft part or ram-steak!
    In delicates shop buy 100 gram dark  mint chocolate /you can use dark chocolate and fresh mint leaves/


    Integrates/for 2/:

    1. 1 kg veal meat
    2. 2 big onion
    3. 1 tbs cranberries jam
    4. 5 tbs tomato  sauce
    5. parsley fresh
    6. garlic
    7. 1 tbs sweet paprika in powder
    8. 5-6 piece black olive
    9. 100 gram mint dark chocolate
    10. 5 tbs sweet red wine /sherry/
    11. sea salt
    12. olive oil
    13. half litter meat soup

    PREPARATION:


    Cut veal meat in not to small pieces and  cat onion 2.
    First add olive oil and on cold olive oil add cut onion and little sea salt...dont fry onion ,just cook it and when onion became soft ad cut veal meat.Cook it about half hour ,add meat soup if necessary!
    Now add jam,chocolate, tomato sauce and black olive.This must be slow cook 15 min. more,than add sherry -cook more,slow.
    When meat is soft add paprika,parsley and garlic,mix little and cook slow few min.



    Serve it with green salad and gnocchi and Parmesan cheese!

    Srca-keksi od prhog tijesta

    Nikad prije nismao bili u mogucnosti isprobati toliko razlicitih recepata za kekse,kolace ...net nas je sve zblizio,recepti se razmjenjuju,isprobavaju i prilagodjavaju podneblju.
    I ja nisam imuna na nove spoznaje,rado isprobam nove recepti al isto tako moram zakljuciti da se moji ukucani i ja uvijek vratimo nasim tradicionalnim keksima i kolacima.
    Zato danas ponovno pisem o keksima od prhog tijesta.
    Ovo je jako stari recept,recept iz vremena kad su jaja bila velika dragocijenost i nije ih se bas svakodnevno upotrebljavalo u izradi kolaca.
    Iako su ovi keksi jako jednostavni,po sastavu gotovo sirotinjski jako su lijepi,socni,topljivi i korica limuna s malo cimeta daje im predivan ukus.
    Napravite ih i uzivajte u zimskoj veceri sa svojimnajmilijima...salica vrelog caja i keksici s okusom limuna i cimeta su idealna kombinacija.
    Jos kad su u obliku srca idealni su za dan zaljubljenih!



    SASTOJCI:

    1. pola kila brasna i to mijesano ostro i meko
    2. 400 grama margarina
    3. korica 2 limuna
    4. mala zlicica cimeta
    5. 6 jusnih zlica secera
    6. vanilij secer
    7. malo soli,prstohvat

    PRIPREMA:

    U posudu stavite brasno,umijesajte sve suhe sastojke + koricu limuna.U tu smijesu narezite margarin koji je sobne temperature.
    Mijesite dok se sasvim ne sljubi brasno i margarin.
    Morate dobiti cvrstu al kompaktnu masu tijesta.
    Napravite loptu od tijesta i ostavite je pola sata u frizideru.
    Sad tijesto razvaljajte,rezite u obliku srca i stavite peci u zagrijanu pecnicu na 180 stupnjeva
    .Pecena srca spajajte mermeladom i uvaljajte u secer u prahu.
    Moze dugo stajati al vjerujem da cete ih jako brzo pojesti!

    This  cookies my grandkids adore,fill is made from butter ,hazelnuts and dark chocolate.We call it simply Hazelnuts and i remember time when my grandma bake it for us-grandchildren!!
    When i start to eat it i cant stop,must eat it to the last one.
    Preparation is not to complicate and i can recommend it to each of you.


    INTEGRATES:



    Dough:
    1. 300 gram flour
    2. 150 gram hazelnuts
    3. 100 gram sugar
    4. 250 gram butter
    5. 2 tbs cacao powder
    6. orange peel
    7. just a little sea salt
    Cream:
    1. 70 gram hazelnuts
    2. 50 gram sugar powder
    3. 1 tbs cacao powder
    4. 1 tbs rum
    5. 1 tbs milk
    PREPARATION:

    This is really easy,you have to mix all integrates together.Leave dough  in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
    With tea spoon make little balls  and bake it in preheat oven at 170 Celsius for about 15-20 min.
    In meantime prepare cream with all integrates.
    Put 2 baked parts together with cream in the middle./as you can see at pics!/

    ORASI-tope se u ustima!!





    Dok moj suprug na ulici cisti led i snijeg,ja ovih snijeznih i ledenih daba jos vise uzivam u kuhinji.
    Kad ovako stisne zima nema lijepseg od kuce koja mirise na tek peceni kruh i kolace.
    Ves dugo nisam radila orahe i sasvim slucajno sam ih se sjatila.
    Napravila sam samo jednu dozu ,pa dok sam ja sjela napisat ovaj recept vec se sve pojelo.
    Obecala sam kasnije napravit jos bar dvije doze.
    Da bi orahe mogao jest i moj suprug ja sam ih iznimno napravila od mljevenih badema.
    U tijesto i onako neidu jaja ,pa iako imaju nesto masnoce vise, ipak ih mogu jest svi koji imaju problema sa zuci!
    ORASI:


    Sastojci

    • Tijesto

    •  30 dag pšeničnog brašna /pola ostrog pola bijelog/
    •  15 dag mljevenih oraha/ja sam orahe zamijenila bademima/
    •  10 dag šećera
    •  2 žlice čokolade u prahu ili kakaa
    •  25 dag masla ili margarina
    •   kora naranče  
    •   malo soli 

    • Krema

    •  7 dag mljevenih oraha/i ovdje sam orahe zamijenila bademima/
    •  5 dag šećera u prahu
    •  1 žlica kakaa ili čokolade u prahu
    •  1 žlica ruma/ja sam stavila zlicu maraskina
    •  malo mlijeka
    PRIPREMA:






    Priprema je lagana,sve sastojke izmijesati i napraviti cvrsto tijesto.Kad je gotovo ostaviti ga odlezati u frizideru oko sat vremena.S malom zlicicom raditi oblik oraha i naslagati ga na tepsiju,Peci na oko 180 stupnjeva jedno 15-20 minuta.Nek se osuse .Ohladiti ih i spajati kremom napravljenom od mljevenih oraha ili badema .
    Krema se lako radi samo sve sastojke prelijemo vrelim mlijekom.
    Ohladiti i posluziti,
    Predobri su!!

    Piroške moje mladosti

    Piroske su bile neizostavni dio mog dorucka tijekom 7 i 8 razreda osnovne skole.Ja i prijateljica Zorana,koja sad zivi u Francuskoj,bi istrcale svaki veliki odmor/iz skole Marjam-Split/i sjurile se uz postu,ljekarnu do malog biffea na uglu gdje su se prodavale Piroske,slane i slatke.
    Nebrojeno puta smo zaprljale skolske crne kecelje s kukicanim ovratinikom.
    Kako je snijeg zabijelio i paralizirao Split,uopce se nisam ni trudila ici trazit otvorenu pekarnicu ili market.Ko vecina domacica ja uvijek imam hrane u kuci,mozda ne neko posebno izobilje al osnovnih namirnica uvijek imam.
    Unuci su na snijegu po cijeli dan,vrate se kuci gladni ko vukovi ,a ja sam presretna jer po cijeli dan mogu pec kruh,kolace,kifle,buhtle i danas napokon i piroske sa sirom!
    Super su,tople pogotovo a ni hladne nemaju mane.







    SASTOJCI:/za 12 lijepih velikih piroski/
    1. 3 velika jaja
    2. pola kile bijelog brasna
    3. 3 dl vode
    4. zlicica soli
    5. 2 dl ulja
    6. 1 zlica suhog kvasca
    Za fil:

    250 grama mladog sira i malo soli,ili sir i sunka,ili mljeveno meso i kapula ili sto god pozelite

    PRIPREMA:

    Zakuhajte vodu sa soli i uljem.Maknite s vatre,dodajte brasno,ako je rijetko dodajte jos brasna.Nek se malo prohladi,sad u sredinu dodajte jaja i malo posolite,sve pospite kvascem i mijesajte,dodajte brasna po potrebi.Tijesto umijesite u loptu i pustite da se dize.
    Nakon jedno sat vremena,radite piroske.Ja ih uvijek radim na zauljenom tanjuru,uzmem komad tijesta,rukom ga rasirim po cijelom tanjuru,dodam fil,zarolam.I tako dok ne potrosim svo tijesto.
    Zagrijte ulje kao za krafne,przite piroske dobro s jedne i druge strane.
    Posluzite tople uz vrhnje,ajvar ili salatu po izboru.
    Uzivajte!

    As young girl i was big fun of Russian literature  from classic one to the modern writers.
    Only big warm Russian soul can produce such a big love and in same time such a big hate.
    When Russian love thats the biggest love and when Russian hate thats the biggest hate ..
    personally i dont find Russian cuisine such good as Russian literature and Russian poetry but piroshki are great!
    I love it salt or sweet.

    I have this recipe from my grandmother and will share it here!

    1. half kg flour
    2. 1 cup water
    3. 1/2 cup oil
    4. 1 tbs sea salt
    5. 3 big eggs
    6. 1 tbs dry yeast
    For fill:
    You can use many different fills such as white cheese,cheese and hum,ham,meet,fish etc.

    PREPARATION:

    Boil water with oil and salt.
    Add flour and mix it.
    After half hour add eggs and dry yeast,mix it with hands if needed add more flour.
    Leave dough at warm place to rise twice.
    From this make piroshki as you can see at pics,
    Add fill,roll it and fry it in deep hot oil.
    Serve it with salad,cream,white cheese etc.

    First have to cook sugar and water to get syrup,than add all others integrates such as eggs,flour ,dry yeast.
    Must do it with hands!!Thats very important.
    Use modl/form/ in heart shape and in different size.
    Bake it in preheat oven at 180 Celsius about 35 min.
    Next day start to decorate it!
