Cherry and Chocolate Cake

Spring is coming,first cherry tree are full of red sweet soft fruits.
My friend Blanka have Birthday and every year for her Birthday i bake this Cherry Chocolate cake decorate with lot white cream and fresh cherry fruits.
  1. I like full and rich cakes and to bake this cake i needed lot of almonds,dark chocolate and big soft fresh Cherry fruits.


Cherry and Chocolate Cake

Integrates
biscuit

  1.  6 eggs
  2. 500 gram almond
  3. 10 tbs sugar
  4. 2 tbs flour
  5. 1 tbs cacao powder
  6. vanilla sugar
  7. lemon peel
  8. baking powder
  9. sea salt
Chocolate cream Integrates:

  1. 200 gram dark chocolate
  2. 200 gram butter
  3. 200 gram powder sugar
  4. 300 gram almonds
  5. 4 tbs flour
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 1 lit milk
  8. 8 tbs sugar
  9. 1 tbs honey




Integrates for decoration and cream

  • 1 kg fresh Cherry Fruit
  • 2 tbs original Cognac
  • 1 lit  whipped cream
  • dark chocolate in liquid



PREPARATION:

biscuit:

Make it as usual,beat white-eggs separate with little sea salt.
Bake it at 180 Celsius about 35-40 min.

Biscuit must be cold to cut it in 3 parts.
Cooked and cold chocolate cream ,melt dark chocolate ,fresh Cherry add as fill.
Its going like this:
add chocolate cream,than cherry than white cream,add second part of biscuit+all fill as on first part.
On the end add last part of biscuit pour with melt chocolate,decorate with white cream and lot of fresh Cherry.

Little Baby Cake

INTEGRATES:
for biscuit

  1. 7 big eggs
  2. 10 tbs sugar
  3. 5 tbs orange juice
  4. 1 lemon peel
  5. 20 tbs flour
  6. vanilla sugar
  7. baking powder
cream:
  1. 1 lit milk
  2. 5 tbs flour
  3. 10 tbs sugar
  4. 250 gram butter
  5. 250 gram sugar in powder
  6. 2 tbs cacao powder
  7. orange peel
  8. 150 gram ground almond
  9. 2 eggs
Decoration:

  1. 1 baby doll
  2. few flowers for decoration
  3. 1 lit  whipped cream
PREPARATION:/biscuit/
 First mix all for biscuit,separate beat white-egg..in another bowl add yellow-egg with sugar and beat it,add all other integrates and flour with baking powder,At the end add half beat egg-white,beat it good and at least add all egg-white and mix it slow with spoon.
Bake it in preheat oven at 180 Celsius about 35 min./use form dimension 35X25/

cream:

Boil milk,in big bowl mix eggs,flour,cacao powder and orange peel.In hot milk add mixture and cook it while all become compact.Add at cold place,When pudding is cold and beat butter and sugar powder mixture,mix a little and add ground almond.Cream is ready to use .

How to fill up cake:

First halve cold biscuit,fill it up with almond cream,cover with second part and smear with almond cream.
Up to you where you will add baby doll,you can watch my pic and make it as i did.
At the end decorate all with whipped cream and little sugar flower.

BOEM-GREAT HOLIDAY CAKE

For holidays i baked this very rich almond nuts and dark chocolate classic cake.
I know ,every single day we can find few new cake recipes but i prefer this old one.Not sure but i think this is very original recipe from 18 century.
Maybe recipe is little modified but still taste like in good old time.
No need to visit Austria to enjoy in rich fantasy taste of this cake.

Integrates:
  1. 250 gram sugar
  2. 250 gram sugar in powder
  3. 10 big eggs
  4. 300 gram almond nuts
  5. 300 gram dark chocolate
  6. 250 gram butter for cream
  7. 1 tbs instant coffee
  8. 2 tbs cherry grape
  9. 1 vanilla sugar
  10. 1 baking powder
  11. just a little sea salt
  12. 3 tbs flour
PREPARATION

/biscuit/

  1. white egg /10/and sugar mix well,eggs must be on room temperature and add a little sea salt
  2. In this add almond  and egg-yellow/5/,beet it good ..need to get cream
  3. now add flour with vanilla sugar and baking powder.
  4. now add malted dark chocolate /100 gram/
  5. mix all a little
Bake it for about 1 hour in preheat oven at 160 Celsius.

CREAM

  • Start with mixing egg-yellow with sugar in powder.Mix it well and you will get nice cream.
  • In that cream add butter/must be at room temperature/ mix it more
  • in cream add melted dark chocolate/100 gram/,mix it little more,add coffee and cream is ready to fill biscuit.

When biscuit is cold fill it with chocolate cream.
Decorate cake with chocolate glace/100 gram of dark chocolate melt in 3 tbs warm water and 2 tbs of vegetable oil.
Add cake in fridge few hours.

White Teddy Bear cake


INGREDIENTS:

* / For cake /

* 5 whole eggs
* 10 tablespoons sugar
* 10 tablespoons flour
* A pinch of salt
* Grated rind of orange and lemon
* 2 tablespoons orange juice
* Baking powder
* Vanilla sugar

Cream:

* 1 / 2 liter milk
* 2 chocolate pudding
* 400 grams nuttelle or similar chocolate spread
* Tablespoons butter
* Sugar per instruction of the pudding

Preparation:
To get good and loose biscuit should beat whites separately.
Keep up the good workmanship.
Stir in egg yolks and sugar, add zest of citrus fruit, juice, vanilla sugar.
In flour gently mix the baking powder and salt.
The smiles add egg yolks spoon whites, a spoonful of flour with a wooden spoon and gently mix.
In the form of honey, well greased, add all mixture.
Bake it in preheat oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
The cooled cake cut and fill with cream.

Cream

Make pudding as you can see in instructions for pudding.
In warm pudding add nuttella or similar chocolate cream,mix it.
/ biscuit can pour orange juice to be juicier /

Finally beat slag, decorate honey, put bear eyes, mouth, ears, small decorations as you prefer ... all to taste!

This is one very old,very traditional cake recipe.

Mix of butter,vanilla,dark chocolate and cherries gives this cake very special taste!

RECIPE:

Intergares:
  • 5 eggs
  • 13 tbs suggar
  • 15 tbs flour
  • salt
  • orange juice and grated peel
  • 1 pack butter/250 gramm/
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 40 fresh cherries
  • vanilla sugar
  • baking powder
 Integrates for cream
  • 1 vanilla pudding in powder
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 6 tbs sugar
  • 200 gram butter
  • 6 tbs sugar
  •  
  • Integrates for glace:
  • 200 gram dark chocolate
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 1 tbs corn oil
As first mix butter and sugar in separate pot.
In big pot mix 5 eggs with orange juice and grated peel until you got cream,
than add mixed sugar and butter.
Mix it little and add flour and baking powder.
half of this  add in oven ,than in other part mix cocoa powder,this brown mix add on the top.
Now put in cherries every 2 cm.
Bake it in heat oven about 35 minutes at 180 Celsius.

 In meantime you can prepare vanilla cream with 1 pudding and butter/be careful pudding have to be cold when you add butter!

On the add goes chocolate glace.
Serve it cold!!!

Apple pie-Foscarini recipe




I think that i saw more than 1000 different apple pie recipe!I would like to share our traditional apple pie recipe!
APPLE PIE
Integrates:
  1. 500 gram of farina tip 500 or 550
  2. 1 pack of baking powder
  3. 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt
  4. 220 gram of sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 220 gram of butter
  7. 1 lemon /juice and planed peel/
FILL:
  • 1 kg of apples
  • 300 gram of sugar
  • 2 table spoon of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tea cup of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tea spoon of Rum
  • 1 lemon juice
Prepare:
  • put farina in big pot
  • add baking powder,salt and mix it
  • add butter cut in small parts with sugar
  • add eggs and lemon juice and peel
  • mix it well with hands for 20 min
  • separate all in two parts
  • put one part in fridge
  • second part spread all over the pan
  • now add prepared fill
  • take first part of dough from fridge and scrub it on the fill/you can see how its look on my pictures/
  • bake it on 200 Celsius about 25 min.
  • cut it and serve

CARROT CAKE



CARROT CAKE-CROATIAN TRADITIONAL!!!


INTEGRATES:

  • 3 big eggs
  • 3 carrot grated
  • 1 aldared apple grated
  • 6 tbsp flour tip 500
  • 1 teasp vanilla sugar
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 cup oil/sunflower/

  • PREPARATION
  • MIX EGGS WITH SUGAR AND ORANGE JUICE
  • ADD GRATED CARROT AND APPLE
  • MIX A LITTLE
  • ADD VANILLA SUGAR AND OIL
  • MIX IT SLOW AND ADD FLOUR WITH BAKING POWDER
  •  CAST FOR KUGLOF/COAT WITH BUTTER/ ADD DOUGHT
  • BAKE IT ABOUT 45 MIN. ON 160 CELSIUS
