SOPARNIK-Swiss chard pie

S O P A R N I K


Ingredients:

dough from the pie-soparnik "

1 kg flour type 500 and 550
3 eggs
teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
lukewarm water as drinking


for filling

* 1 kg of beet-greens
* 4-5 onion
* Salt
* 2 dl olive oil

For the dressing:

2 dl olive oil
10 cloves garlic



PREPARATION:

First, develop the dough as for pie.
Mix well all the ingredients, the dough must not be too hard!
Leave it to rest for about an hour.
Filling make the chard washed and cleaned by the fine leg.
Add finely chopped onion.
Pour all the oil and salt!
Filling is ready.
The dough turned into size casserole.
Placed prepared filling.
Add other part of dough on top.
Make sure that the dough tightly to nowhere opened or broken.
Bake it at high temperature around 30 min. in preheated the oven.
Baked soparnik now smear whit cut garlic and olive oil.
