ANANAS /pineapple/ CAKE


 Hi friends,
i really love this recipe,its easy and fast!!!
My grandkids just can eat it everyday.
 INTEGRATES FOR PAN:
  1. 3 big eggs
  2. 9 soup spoon brown sugar
  3. 9  soup spoon farina tip 500
  4. 1 baking powder
  5. 1 vanilla sugar
  6. 3 soup spoon milk
  7. just gram of sea salt
CREAM:

  • 400 grams yogurt
  • 7 soup spoon sugar
  • 1/2 lit cream for cakes
  • 800 gram ananas /chopped in small parts/
  • 1 big cup ananas juice
PREPARATIONS

Mix all integrates for pan/you can mix it all at once,no need to start with eggs and sugar /
Bake it in oven at 200 celsius for about 30 minutes

Cream Preparation:
Mix cream for about 5 min. high speed.add yogurt and sugar/that all!!!!imagine/

When pan is cold you can start with adding cream and ananas.First  make pan wet and soft with ananas juice,than add small parts of ananas on it and on the top add yogurt cream.
The cake is the best for serve after 24 hours in fridge.

 Foscarini lemon cake
Integrates

  1. 6 big eggs
  2. 300 gr of brown sugar
  3. 250 gr farina tip 450 or 500/flour/
  4. 2 lemons
  5. 100 grams dark chocolate
  6. 0.10 grams sea salt
  7. flavor of honey or i soup spoon of honey
  8. 5 soup spoon of milk
  9. 200 grams butter
  10. 1 cooking powder
  11. 1 vanilla sugar
Integrates for cream

  • 1 litter of milk
  • 250 grams brown sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 5 big aggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 200 grams butter
PREPARATION:

  1. add eggs with sugar and mix it well
  2. add flour and powder /mix a little/
  3. add malted dark chocolate and butter
  4. add lemon juice and salt and honey
  5. mix a little and add milk
  6. bake it in warm oven on about 180 Celsius ,30 min.
CREAM PREPARATION

  • Add milk in pot and warm it
  • mix eggs with sugar and flour/mix it well/
  • add it in warm milk and mix it with spoon
  • when this cream is cold add butter and lemon juice

And here's my favorite chocolate cake recipe (recipe from my friend's cookbook).. She baked for me several times.. I love it...!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups cake flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter (no substitutes)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • FROSTING:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup hot coffee or water
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter. Cover and microwave on hight for 1 minute. Stir; cook 30 seconds longer or until melted.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until combined. Add the chocolate mixture and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  3. For frosting, in a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and chocolate; stir in the coffee until blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until mixture is thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in the butter and vanilla. Spread warm frosting over cake.

You need:

1. 1 kg dried figs/milled figs/
2. 250 gram brown sugar with vanilla
3. 1 lemon/juice/
4. black chocolate
5. 250 gram butter
6. 250 gram milled “petite beurre” biscuits
7. lass of water

Prepare:

* put water in pot,add sugar and lemon juice
* cook it for 25 min. and you will have syrup
* add figs,milled biscuit and mix it for 5 min.
* turn out fire and add butter, mix well
* when all became cold make rolls on oil paper
* put it on cold place for 1-2 days
* cut it in small parts/as you can see on my photo/"

Rozata-Croatian type of Caramel pudding



All my American friends who live and work here in Croatia love this traditional caramel pudding!!This pudding is prepare with eggs and without flour!Here is the recipe:

Description
As the title states, this one gives you that caramel flavour. Not much ingredients needed for this one. The stirring part is a bit time consuming, but its worth all the effort.
Ingredients
Milk – 600ml.
Eggs-6
Sugar – 6 tsp for caramel, 1 Cup for pudding.
Butter – 1 tsp.
vanilla essence – 1tsp.
Preparation
Steps:

*Take a pan, Add butter and sugar & stir till the sugar is caramelized.

* Add 600ml milk into it and keep stirring till the caramel dissolves.

* Now take a cup and add the remaining milk into it, add the eggs and stir until dissolved. Add this to the caramel mixture !

* Put this prepared mixture into a pot and put that pot in the bigger one with water!You have to cook this pudding on vapour for 2-3 hour until milk and eggs became like a pudding!/if you have special pot for cooking on vapor,use it!/After cooking on the vapor you can put all for 10 min. in warm oven!!The pudding will be richer!Now you only have to wait to became cold or you can put it in fridge!

* Add a little bit of caramel syrup into it and keep it in the fridge to set, say for about 5-6 hours.

* Finally, Its time to Eat!

How to prepare caramel syrup:
Melt sugar in a pan, once you achieve that golden brown color, add a little bit of water and stir well. Caramel Syrup is ready for use.
