Calcone s povrcem...tako finooooo

 Subotnja je vecer,prohladna,pomalo sjetna i tuzna.Jos se ne grije pa smo svi onko sskupljeni u svojim kutovima...djeca su pod jorganom,samo im okice izviruju i gledaju crtice...a ja ,baka,ko baka sam se dosjetila..napravit cu im calcone/da ne bude uvijek pizza/ i kako je pradida donio kestenja,maruna ispec ce mo dio ..a dio ostavit za kolace!

evo jednostavnog recepta za calcone

Tijesto kao za pizzu!!!

nadjev:

  1. 1 dcl maslinovog ulja
  2. 1 mala tikvica 
  3. 1 patlidjan
  4. 35 dkg mozzarele
  5. 0,50 grama naribanog parmezana
  6. 2 dcl pasirane rajcice
  7. 1 zlica kiselog vrhnja
  8. maslina narezanih po zelji
  9. sol 
  10. papar
  11. vegeta
Priprema
  • svo povrce narezite na male kockice,mozzarelu naribajte,sve posolite ,umijesajte vrhnje i pasat rajcice,ako imate vremena mozete na ulju malo poprziti povrce pa ga tek onda dodati al nije obavezno.
  • Tijesto razvaljajte ,izrezite na 4-6 kom,male kruscice ostavite da se dizu pa ih razvaljajte!
  • Pnite smijesom i zarolajte kao kiflice.Tako napravljene stavite na masni papir ada se opet dignu,premazite lagano uljem i stavite peci u zagrijanu pecnicu na najjacu temp.Pecite oko deset-15 min,
  • Posluzite toplo!

KINDER PINGUI-Brownie recipe





 
kinder-pingui brownie recipes that everyone loves
This is a favorite perch of children by God and a little older!
But the price he was phenomenal.
So if you have a little good will and free time make this a favorite perch!

BISKVIT:
6 yellow pieces of eggs
6 spoon of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
6 zlica hot water
6 zlica flour
1 baking powder
a little rum
1 tablespoon cocoa
6 egg-white of the snow

preparing biscuits

the yellow part of eggs add hot water slowly and mix
Slowly add sugar to the mix
then add ingredients in order
baking powder mix in the flour
halve the mixture and bake 2 separate biscuits
the oven temp. about 170 Celsius, about 25 min.

CREAM:

1 / 2 lit cream slag
2 dl cream
2 cream fix
200 grams chocolate/ cooking /

GLAZURA 
half the amount cooking chocolate
teaspoon butter or margarine
1 dl milk
melt and a little cool

PREPARATION

the cold biscuit stavititi 1 / 2 cream and half-cold chocolate glaze
zattim cream again and another biscuit and glaze cool!

Try this at all will enjoy your family
Serve cold

Croatian white-red salad!!!

 Croatian white-red salad

"white for feta cheese
red for red paprika and tomato"

Integrates:

  1. 3 nice big red paprika/sweet red paprika/
  2. 3 tomato
  3. 1/2 kg of feta cheese
  4. salt
  5. olive oil
  6. white paper
  7. lemon juice/optional/
Preparing:

Cut all in small parts,mix it a little,
add salt ,paper and olive oil
/if you like add lemon juice

Fast diet...wowwwwwwwww

 Fast diet,dream of every woman!?YES...but is there any diet like that?
We all dream about fast and secure and easy diet!
Here is diet from our grandmas time!
This is my second day on this old diet.My friend mother told me about it,so i will share it with you!Its really easy and i am feeling very good on my second day on this diet!
First day you have to clean your body and only is allowed to drink herb or fruit tea/i was drinking chamomile tea /
Second day and next 5 days we have to eat only fish soup/can eat cooked fish too with little olive oil/.During the day we can eat fresh vegetables and fruits /allowed fruits are:apple,plum,orange,lemon,kiwi and figs/
On 7th day we have to pause with diet for next 8 day!
After 8 days of pause we can start diet again!
This diet is also good for skin and make us looking younger!
I will inform all of you how much " fat" i will lose with this diet!
I started with 81 kg,today i am on 79,5 kg
Hope i will lose more than 5 kg during this diet!

Rice Krispies Bars recipe - 181 calories | Diet Recipes under 200 calories: "A wonderful tasting bar… the great combination of flavors make this a really exciting and decadent version of the old rice crispy bar!

You can substitute the Grand Marnier with a little vanilla or orange extract. If you’re a big fan of white chocolate, you can skip the drizzling at the end and just dunk the bars into the white chocolate.

Rice Krispies Bars recipe - 181 calories

Ingredients:
4-4 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
cooking spray
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons Grand Marnier
1-3 teaspoon canola oil


Preparation:
1. Coat a 9×9 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside. Also apply a little spray to your cooking spoon.
2. To make the bars, begin by adding together the brown sugar and butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir for about 2 minutes, until the butter and sugar are melted.
3. Add in the 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and stir.
4. Add the miniature marshmallows and stir continuously, helping the puffs to melt. Continue mixing until you have a pale brown mixture that is still rather loose.
5. Once the marshmallows are fully melted and mixed with the sugar, add in the Rice Krispies, dried apricots and toasted almonds.
6. Stir quickly to get all of the ingredients incorporated.
7. Turn the mixture out into the 9×9 inch pan, distributing as much as possible using your spoon.
8. Place the bars in the refrigerator and leave them to set for about 30 minutes.
9. Invert the pan, giving it a good whack to release the bars.
10. Slice into 12 pieces.
11. To prepare the topping, melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler over very low heat.
12. Add the canola oil to the chocolate and stir while the the chips continue to melt.
13. Stir the Grand Marnier into the melted chocolate and use a spoon to stripe the bars on the diagonal, allowing the melted chocolate to drip down the side.
14. Place the bars on waxed paper to cool.

Servings: 12 bars

i really love this recipe,its easy and fast!!!
My grandkids just can eat it everyday.
 INTEGRATES FOR PAN:

  3. 9  soup spoon farina tip 500
  4. 1 baking powder
  5. 1 vanilla sugar
  6. 3 soup spoon milk
  7. just gram of sea salt
CREAM:

  • 400 grams yogurt
  • 7 soup spoon sugar
  • 1/2 lit cream for cakes
  • 800 gram ananas /chopped in small parts/
  • 1 big cup ananas juice
PREPARATIONS

Mix all integrates for pan/you can mix it all at once,no need to start with eggs and sugar /
Bake it in oven at 200 celsius for about 30 minutes

Cream Preparation:
Mix cream for about 5 min. high speed.add yogurt and sugar/that all!!!!imagine/
