what i know about my body is that i need to make better and faster metabolism..but question is how to make it?
When i was younger all was much more easier and diet time wasn't big problem for me.Now i cant be on this kind of diet,i am to hungry and cant sleep!
Last night i couldn't sleep at all..on the end ,at 4am i took some fresh tomatoes and little of white cheese!
For my opinion this fast diet is only good for young people,but you are free to try it !
